Please join us for a special BASC Symposium, honoring Professor Inez Fung and the 20th anniversary of BASC. The BASC Symposium will be held on April 5, 2019 at the David Brower Center in Berkeley with a kickoff event the afternoon of April 4.

The goal of the BASC Symposium is to foster interaction among the community of atmospheric-science researchers and students from UC Berkeley and surrounding institutions. We invite participants from around the San Francisco Bay Area including (but not limited to) UC Berkeley, UC Davis, UC Santa Cruz, Stanford, San Francisco State University, San Jose State University, NASA-AMES, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, SRI, USGS, Bay Area Air Quality Management District, US Environmental Protection Agency, and the California Air Resources Board. The Symposium is a one-day event including keynote seminars, poster sessions, and discussion. Graduate students and postdocs are encouraged to present posters on their research.
